Für unseren Bankkunden in Zürich, Bern oder Basel, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n, motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n M365 Cloud Architekt:in – Enterprise Isolation & Security.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Konzeption und Implementierung von sicheren Microsoft 365 Architekturen mit Fokus auf Tenant Isolation, Multi-Tenant-Szenarien und sichere Kollaborationsgrenzen
  • Definition und Durchsetzung von Richtlinien zur Datentrennung, Informationsbarrieren (Information Barriers) und Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Architektur von sicheren Identitäts- und Zugriffspfaden mittels Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, External Identities / B2B-Isolation)
  • Absicherung von M365-Diensten (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange) gegen Datenabfluss und unberechtigte Zugriffe von aussen und innen
  • Entwicklung von Governance-Konzepten sowie Automatisierung von Sicherheitskonfigurationen mittels PowerShell oder Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Beratung des Managements, der Compliance-Abteilung und der SecOps-Teams bei der Umsetzung von regulatorischen Vorgaben (z. B. ISO 27001, TISAX, BAIT/VAIT)

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Architektur mit Fokus auf Enterprise-Sicherheitsarchitekturen im Microsoft-Umfeld, idealerweise innerhalb der Bankenbranche
  • Tiefgehendes technisches Verständnis von Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview (Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention) und Microsoft Defender für Cloud Apps
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit Mandantentrennung, Cross-Tenant-Szenarien, Information Barriers und Verschlüsselungstechnologien (Customer Key, BYOK)
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe regulatorische Anforderungen in pragmatische und sichere technische Cloud-Designs zu übersetzen
  • Relevante Microsoft-Zertifikate wie Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100) oder Information Protection Administrator (SC-400)
  • Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
