Position Overview

The District Manager is responsible for leading security operations within a designated portfolio, ensuring high-quality service delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction. They oversee daily operations, coordinate client transitions, and develop site supervisors and account managers through coaching and training. The role emphasizes maintaining client and employee retention, managing branch profitability, and fostering a culture of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security operations and staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 18 years old with an associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in security or business management.
• Strong organizational, technological, and communication skills.
