UI/UX Designer

Salary: £45,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• You must have a portfolio attached to your application to be considered.
• Experience leading workshops.
• Demonstrable experience explaining design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Planning user research, conducting research, and analysing the research.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with software engineers and other technical employees.

Responsibilities:

• We will lead the design of applications that affect communities across the UK.
• We will ensure the applications are simple to use so that anyone can access them.
• We will act as the most senior UI/UX designer on the team.
• We will help lead multidisciplinary teams and guide them using our expert knowledge.

We are offering a UI/UX Designer contract role based in Leeds at a rate of 495 per day inside IR35. The contract is for 6 months with a possibility to extend. We are looking for someone to help lead the design of applications that affect communities across the UK, working closely with multidisciplinary teams in a senior role.
