Technology Consultant

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in the Energy or Utilities sector, with an understanding of current industry challenges and trends
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes (ERP, CRM, or similar)
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience managing or mentoring team members
• Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall delivery approaches
• Understanding of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) or SaaS platforms (Salesforce) - Desirable
• Industry or programme management certifications - Desirable
• High technical and emotional intelligence

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to major transformation programmes across the Energy & Utilities sector, supporting the design and delivery of technology-enabled change
• Break down complex technical or business topics into clear, actionable insights for client stakeholders
• Provide functional and technical input across solution design, build, test, and deployment
• Drive high-quality delivery, managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, supporting teams across global locations
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them in client engagements
