Software Team Leader (C#)

Salary: £40,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a Senior Software Developer/Software Team Leader with experience in C#.
• We are looking for someone with experience in people management and a passion for developing people.
• We are looking for someone with experience developing software as part of a product development team.
• We are looking for someone who is technically strong and enjoys the people management side of leadership.

Responsibilities:

• We work within an Agile team to develop high-quality functionality to agreed specifications and timescales.
• We use our internally defined software design methodologies and tools to develop robust software components and systems.
• We participate in software design reviews and in discussions and trials of new tools and techniques.
• We provide ongoing support for new and existing products as needed.
• We provide and update documentation that supports further development and maintenance of the software and helps internal customers do their work.
• We coordinate technical solutions within specific software development projects.
• We support, coach, and mentor a team of developers.
• We balance hands-on development with people management and line management responsibilities, including performance management, absence management, return-to-work processes, and team wellbeing.
