Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience in a professional field or military service.
• We require experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or internet industries.
• We require experience in one or more technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
• We require experience in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructure.
• We require experience communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders or clients.
• Preferred: knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer base, and industry verticals.
• Preferred: experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
• Preferred: experience working with end user or developer communities.
• Preferred: experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• We own the technical relationship with our customers and act as their trusted advisor, keeping the customers best interests at the center of our guidance.
• We lead technical discussions, architecture design and reviews, and workshops across trading, risk, post-trade, market data, asset management, and wealth management domains to drive business value.
• We design scalable and secure solutions using AWS services and emerging technologies such as AI/ML and HPC.
• We collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
• We create technical content and reference architectures for capital markets use cases.
• We influence the AWS product roadmap based on customer needs.
