Senior Software Engineer Voice Full-Stack

Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We look for an AI-native working style, using AI-powered tools to accelerate development and reduce repetitive work.

Responsibilities:

• We build and deploy impactful end-to-end features across the full stack.
• We develop high-performance frontend user interfaces.
• We build backend streaming audio services and integrate AI inference.
• We debug and resolve real-time communication issues such as latency spikes, transcript flicker, audio glitches, and unstable network conditions.
• We collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and AI Researchers to shape and solve technical and product challenges.
• We prototype rapidly, refactor for scale, and work effectively in a 0-to-1 engineering environment.
