Senior Software Engineer

Salary: £90,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• Full stack TypeScript and JavaScript experience, ideally with Next.js, React and Node.js
• Hands-on product engineering experience, ideally at Staff or Lead Engineer level within a product-focused environment
• Strong AWS production experience
• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation or similar
• Cloud-native architecture and design skills
• Strong AI tooling experience
• A delivery mindset, able to ship software as well as design solutions
• Experience working within a Product or PaaS environment
• At least eight years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Play a lead role in new product development and AI innovation
• Work closely with our CTO to improve engineering efficiency using AI tooling
• Contribute directly to engineering output and product delivery
• Help set the technical direction of our high-growth organisation
