Job Description

Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise healthcare or clinical software into the NHS from a software vendor or implementation partner
  • Experience managing large, complex programmes with significant budgets, multiple workstreams and numerous stakeholder groups
  • At least one full lifecycle project lasting 2-3 years with £1M+ value
  • Strong commercial awareness including change control, milestone management and project financials
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, from operational teams through to board-level executives
  • Prince2 Practitioner certification
  • Strong leadership capability within matrix-managed environments
  • An organised, calm and structured approach to project delivery
Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple enterprise healthcare software implementations within NHS environments
  • Manage full project lifecycles from planning through to deployment and contractual acceptance
  • Build strong relationships with senior NHS stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, billing milestones and commercial performance
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies
  • Coordinate resources across delivery, development, technical and third-party supplier teams
  • Drive continuous improvement across project methodologies, tools and delivery processes
  • Produce executive-level reporting and present programme status to senior stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor and motivate project teams to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
