Senior IT Support Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Windows Server experience
• Active Directory experience
• Windows 11 experience
• Office 365 and Azure experience
• VoIP and network experience
• Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions
• Able to commute to Fareham 5 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, telephony and business systems, managing incidents through to resolution and keeping users updated throughout
• Manage IT operations and security, including hardware provisioning, access control, IT policies, service communications and escalation to internal or external specialists where required
• Support IT projects and improvements, including system implementations, integrations, technical developments and training users across the business

We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to support our head office and client sites with a range of IT issues. Reporting to the IT Manager and working as part of a small IT team, this role is well suited to someone who likes to embed themselves into the business and work across a broad range of tasks.
