Senior Business Analyst (CRM) - FTC

Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a proven Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst with a strong track record.
• We require proven experience in CRM implementation or transformation initiatives, particularly discovery and business case creation.
• Experience working within an international organisation, ideally in a professional services environment, is required.
• We need experience creating target operating models.
• Strong senior stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are essential.
• Experience across the end-to-end project lifecycle, with strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques including requirements gathering, solution development, process/workflow mapping and benefits realisation.
• Experience using Microsoft tools to capture and analyse requirements.
• Experience working across complex projects and programmes.
• A business analysis qualification such as BCS or equivalent would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• We contribute to the development of target operating models.
• We capture as-is and to-be requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
• We elicit and document business requirements.
• We liaise with senior business stakeholders and suppliers.
• We support vendor selection processes where required.
• We design business cases.
• We understand and document business and project requests.
• We support the creation of business, project and user documentation.
• We support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
