Salary: £55,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • We require 2-4 years of product management or related experience working on a technical, digital, or customer-facing product; experience with AI-enabled products is preferred.
  • We require a working understanding of generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt design, testing and evaluation approaches, or agentic workflows.
  • We require the ability to work closely with engineering teams, understand technical concepts, and translate product needs into clear requirements using product delivery tools such as Rally, Jira, or Confluence.
  • We require strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • We value a passion for AI, product experimentation, and the future of digital customer experiences.
  • We require employment eligibility to work with American Express in the country, as we will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
Responsibilities:
  • We support execution of the product roadmap for generative and agentic AI-powered customer experiences by translating priorities into clear requirements, user stories, and day-to-day deliverables.
  • We partner closely with the dedicated engineering team to manage the product backlog, clarify requirements, support sprint execution, and help remove blockers.
  • We support technical product development activities including solutioning, prompt development, testing, and evaluation of generative and agentic AI experiences.
  • We collaborate with design, data science, analytics, and other cross-functional partners to support the development and iteration of intuitive customer experiences.
  • We use product data, testing results, and customer feedback to identify issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • We support documentation and coordination needed to deliver solutions in accordance with enterprise standards, compliance, and risk management practices.
