Senior AI Engineer - Growth

Salary: £47,000 - 87,000 per year

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems using AI orchestration platforms, workflow automation tools, or equivalent technologies
• Strong understanding of API integrations, including REST, webhooks, authentication patterns, and error handling at scale
• Experience working with LLM APIs, including prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool use, and agent chaining
• Ability to work from a specification and build workflows accurately without direct architect involvement
• Growth or marketing context and understanding of the goals behind the systems being built
• Ability to balance speed with quality
• Nice to have: Experience with paid media platforms, marketing automation, CRM, or lifecycle messaging systems
• Nice to have: Familiarity with data warehouse query patterns and event tracking infrastructure
• Nice to have: Background in a high-growth fintech, consumer tech, or multi-product technology environment
• Nice to have: Experience designing multi-agent architectures or complex agent-to-agent workflows

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship agent orchestration workflows that automate growth decisions and execution across paid media, lifecycle messaging, organic content, conversion optimization, incentives, and other growth areas
• Integrate AI reasoning systems with growth execution platforms, data infrastructure, experimentation systems, and analytics tools
• Develop reusable agent infrastructure, including workflow patterns, prompt libraries, and integration clients
• Build monitoring and audit logging so agent actions are traceable, versioned, and queryable
• Create pipelines that automate creative and content generation from brief to variant to distribution
• Move new growth workflows from specification to production
• Maintain reliable integrations, handle errors gracefully, and adapt connections as tools evolve
• Document workflows so domain specialists can understand, tune, and improve them independently
