SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant

Salary: £45,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require at least 5 years of professional experience, including significant expertise in SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding and a good understanding of related modules; experience with SmartRecruiters would also be considered.
• We require SuccessFactors Certification in Recruitment and Onboarding; additional certifications in modules such as Employee Central, Performance, and Goals would be advantageous.
• We require proven ability to design and deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
• We require experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other systems.
• We require a good understanding of data migration, configuration, and reporting tools such as SuccessFactors People Stories.
• We require a proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding, including hands-on configuration, integration, and testing.
• We require strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• We require effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• We require a team-oriented approach, with a willingness to mentor and collaborate with others.
• We require the ability to manage competing priorities effectively and foster a collaborative team environment.
• We require a self-starter mindset with a passion for learning and applying new innovations, particularly in AI and next-generation talent technology.

Responsibilities:

• We deliver high-quality SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
• We serve as a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding, guiding projects from scoping to delivery.
• We lead customer workshops, solution design, configuration, integration, and support for Recruitment and Onboarding projects.
• We build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to promote collaboration and mutual success.
• We support thought leadership activities, including industry forums, seminars, blogs, and marketing initiatives.
• We collaborate with Technical Architects and Product Owners to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• We participate in business development activities, such as proposal generation, solution planning, and demonstrations.
• We conduct workshops and document detailed designs, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
• We stay current with developments in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
