SAP RTR Lead

Salary: £34,000 - 56,000 per year

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in Finance Transformation, ERP implementation, Controllership, or Business Process Leadership.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations, ideally across EMEA and complex multinational organisations.
• Strong Record to Report expertise, including General Ledger, Month-End Close, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience with process mapping, testing, business readiness, data migration, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the RTR workstream across multiple EMEA SAP S/4HANA deployment waves.
• Drive future-state process design, fit-gap analysis, and process standardisation.
• Coordinate business readiness, testing, data validation, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Partner with Finance, IT, PMO, Shared Services, and local business teams to deliver successful deployments.
• Champion change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption across the programme.

We are supporting a global organisation on a major SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation and are seeking an experienced Value Stream Lead – Record to Report (RTR) to lead the RTR workstream across multiple EMEA countries. This is a full-time permanent role based in the UK, Netherlands, or Spain, with Europe travel of 40–60%. You will own the end-to-end RTR value stream and work closely with Finance, IT, implementation partners, and senior stakeholders to deliver a successful and scalable finance transformation.
