SAP Data Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 - 68,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in a technical or administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, PP and PM
• Experience with MDM governance principles
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to operate ERP systems effectively
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels of the business

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Systems Data Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality, accurate master data across the business
• Manage key SAP master data objects, including material masters, BOMs, routings, recipes and quality data
• Support process improvements, ensure compliance with internal controls, and maintain an auditable flow of information
• Provide first-line support for the Harford Control System, including user access, product builds and issue resolution
• Coach teams on master data best practice and participate in product launch and technical review meetings
• Produce ad-hoc reports, investigate data issues and identify opportunities for improvement using Excel, Access, SAP and Power BI
