Salesforce SME Architect

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have proven experience in Salesforce Architecture or Senior Salesforce Consultant roles.
• We have strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
• We have experience designing integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware technologies.
• We have knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and Salesforce security models.
• We have experience with data migration, governance, and release management processes.
• We have excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) desirable.
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.

• We provide technical leadership and architectural governance across Salesforce projects.
• We lead CRM transformation, integration, and platform optimisation initiatives.
• We define scalable data models, security frameworks, and integration strategies.
• We ensure solutions meet performance, compliance, and business requirements.
• We collaborate with stakeholders to develop CRM roadmaps and solution strategies.
• We support integrations with third-party applications and enterprise platforms.
• We mentor development teams and act as the escalation point for complex Salesforce challenges.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce SME Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
