Quality Analyst

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Patience and diligence, with the ability to work methodically and spot issues accurately
• Experience in QA testing with front-end web testing experience across portals, intranets, or websites
• Or experience as a web CMS editor or content administrator, ideally within NHS, social housing, or local authority teams
• An interest in AI and automation is a plus
• Light scripting exposure would be helpful
• No coding is required

Responsibilities:

• Carry out line-by-line testing of front-end web solutions for our customers
• Assess whether delivered solutions meet the original customer goals and KPIs
• Work closely with our creative teams workshops and user journey mapping to understand what success looks like
• Help define how quality assurance works within a brand-new function
• Research, test, and recommend automation tools and AI-assisted approaches to improve validation processes
• Support the streamlining of repetitive manual QA processes

We are recruiting exclusively on behalf of an established yet fast-growing and highly ambitious digital solutions provider serving the NHS and Social Housing sectors for a newly created Quality Analyst role. This is a broader role than traditional QA, with hybrid working in Woking, Surrey and three days in the office. It is a genuine first hire into a new function, offering the opportunity to help shape our QA approach from the ground up and a clear path to building and managing a small team as the business grows.
