Property Developer

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Background in sales or a related field, ideally within HVAC, ventilation, MEP, industrial, or building services
• Strong knowledge or previous experience with mechanical ventilation systems
• Desire to transition into a Business Development Manager role
• Full, valid UK driving licence
• Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or regional sales is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Support our business growth through outreach and market insight activities
• Generate new business leads
• Maintain pre-existing and historic customer relationships
• Sell mechanical ventilation units through lead generation and relationship building
• Conduct cold calling and research current and past projects to identify key contacts
• Attend site visits regularly, including occasional visits to Ireland
• Support wider business needs and growth initiatives
• Keep accurate records of leads, sales, business won, and other relevant documentation up to date
