Programme Director – Finance Transformation / ERP

Requirements:

• Significant Programme Director / Transformation Director experience
• A strong track record delivering large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP programmes
• Experience delivering across the Nordics / multi-country European environments
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / D365 Finance experience
• Excellent understanding of R2R, P2P and O2C
• Experience managing major Systems Integrators and complex third-party delivery
• Strong executive stakeholder management, governance and commercial leadership
• Experience leading programmes through design, build, testing, cutover and go-live

Responsibilities:

• Lead a major Finance Transformation and ERP programme across the Nordics
• Drive a complex transformation across multiple Nordic markets
• Work closely with the CFO, executive leadership and regional Finance and Technology teams
• Manage major Systems Integrators and complex third-party delivery
• Lead the programme through design, build, testing, cutover and go-live

We are recruiting for a senior, high-profile Programme Director role focused on Finance Transformation and ERP delivery across the Nordics. This is a remote position based in Europe, with remote working and frequent travel required to Norway. The contract is outside IR35, with an ASAP start and a competitive day rate. The role involves working closely with senior finance and technology stakeholders across multiple Nordic markets, and experience navigating regional requirements and ways of working will be particularly valuable.
