Product Owner

Salary: £44,000 - 84,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within complex IT environments.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Analytical mindset and experience using data to inform decisions and measure success.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Ideally, experience in aviation, transport, or other safety-critical industries.
• Ideally, familiarity with enterprise IT systems and integration challenges.
• Ideally, certification in Product Ownership or Agile frameworks (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).
• Youll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.

Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with Heathrows strategic goals and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and UX teams to define clear product requirements and deliverables.
• Lead the development and delivery of digital solutions that improve efficiency, resilience, and passenger experience.
• Monitor product performance, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and maximise value.
• Champion agile practices within the team, fostering a culture of transparency, adaptability, and collaboration.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps and ensure value delivery at every stage.
