Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with business banking knowledge
• Strong product domain understanding within banking, with a clear customer experience mindset
• Ability to lead product work confidently within a regulated, business-critical environment
• A proven track record of product ownership with experience in a relevant capacity (minimum 8-10 years)

Responsibilities:

• Own product direction across the business banking landing area, with a focus on improving customer experience
• Translate customer and business needs into actionable product priorities and outcomes
• Work with stakeholders to ensure delivery stays aligned with banking product domain expectations
• Drive day-to-day product ownership activities to support continuous progress over the initial assignment

We are looking for a strong Product Owner to work remotely on an initial 5-6 month assignment, with the view to extend. This is a market-rate role inside IR35 and is umbrella-only. We need someone who loves bringing structure to complexity and turning customer needs into clear, bank-ready outcomes. You will help shape and deliver an important banking product roadmap, working within a regulated, business-critical environment with a focus on business banking, particularly the landing area and customer experience.
