Requirements:

• Experience operating as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Delivery Lead or Senior Business Analyst within Agile environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation or cloud migration programmes.
• Strong understanding of technical delivery lifecycles and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder groups across business and technology functions.
• Proven track record of backlog ownership, prioritisation and delivery management.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple technical teams and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of risk, governance and control requirements.
• Experience working on cloud migration programmes.
• Knowledge of AWS or Enterprise Data Platform technologies.
• Experience operating within Data Product, Data Platform or Enterprise Data environments.
• Financial Services experience.
• Knowledge of legacy platform migration initiatives including Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle or SAS environments.
• Experience working within data governance, security and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities:

• We own the delivery of cloud migration outcomes across one or more EDP Cloud Migration squads.
• We translate business requirements into prioritised backlogs and deliver them through Agile engineering teams.
• We act as the primary interface between Business, Architecture, Engineering, Security, Data Governance and Change functions.
• We drive the successful migration of business capabilities from legacy platforms to the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP).
• We challenge delivery assumptions and make prioritisation decisions in a complex enterprise environment.
• We provide product ownership and technical delivery leadership.
• We manage stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.
• We coordinate delivery across multiple technical teams and dependencies.
• We support Agile leadership and delivery execution.
• We ensure governance, risk and control requirements are addressed.
• We help drive business adoption and benefits realisation.

We are hiring a Technical Product Owner for a hybrid role based in Northampton, with 2–3 days onsite each week. This is an inside IR35 contract at a rate of £375 per day. We are seeking a hands-on delivery-focused professional to support cloud migration and Enterprise Data Platform outcomes in a complex enterprise environment, working closely with business, architecture, engineering, security, data governance and change teams.
