Product Manager - Associate

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of product management or related experience with a proven history of delivery.
• Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and a curious mindset with a passion for client needs.
• Experience defining and executing product roadmaps and business models.
• Ability to prioritise projects and efforts across business and client needs, competitive and industry trends, resource and funding availability, and internal trade-offs.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional legal, risk, compliance, and control teams at all levels in an agile environment.
• Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and execute under pressure.
• Strong commitment to professional responsibilities, self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
• Experience with product management tools including JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong skills in Agile frameworks and an equal appreciation of discovery and execution.
• Ability to influence and negotiate, work independently and as part of a team, and quantify delivery through success measures.

Responsibilities:

• We will look for you to understand client needs by developing a deep understanding of the business opportunity, client needs, and competitive landscape.
• We will expect you to participate in user experience research and integrate user feedback to inform feature definition.
• We will rely on you to help shape the product vision and north star, informing roadmap planning and feature prioritisation.
• We will ask you to assess and implement enhancements to digital solutions, including infrastructure upgrades and advanced features.
• We will expect you to evaluate AI-powered capabilities and workflow automation, balancing impact, effort, and cost trade-offs.
• We will want you to understand and lead the product development lifecycle from proof of concept and prototype testing through MVP release and feature enhancements.
• We will ask you to define requirements in partnership with other teams and provide direction and trade-off decisions for scrum teams.
• We will need you to collaborate with product owners and designers to deliver end-to-end product and experience.
• We will expect you to partner with Technology to triage issues through to resolution and communicate outcomes to the relevant parties.
• We will look for you to establish pilot and rollout approaches for new capabilities, including scope, communication, training, support, and feedback metrics.
• We will expect you to use user and product data, business metrics, analytics, industry trends, and internal feedback to improve features and shape the roadmap.
• We will want you to build and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners across senior leadership, Digital, Technology, Design, Operations, Client Service, and control functions across regions.
