People Operations Lead

Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience across Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies (mandatory)
• Experience with Workday
• Experience in Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement
• Strong background in HR or Shared Services process optimisation
• Must already have the right to work in the UK, as we cannot provide visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR, People Operations, Finance, and IT teams to analyse and enhance people-related processes
• Maximise the effectiveness of Workday
• Lead process improvements
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
