Requirements:
  • We are looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security.
  • We need a proven track record of leading complex security programmes in regulated industrial environments.
  • We require deep understanding of Industrial Control Systems, including SCADA, DCS, PLC, and IIoT, and their security challenges.
  • We require strong familiarity with OT security regulations and frameworks, including NIS, NIS2, CAF, and CRA.
  • We need experience working with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • We require excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical risks into business impact.
  • We require willingness to travel across the UK as projects require.
  • We value professional certifications such as GICSP, IEC 62443, CISSP, and GRID.
  • We value experience across sectors such as Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, or Critical National Infrastructure.
  • We value knowledge of security standards including NERC-CIP, IEC 62443, and ISA/IEC 62443.
  • We value a background in both advisory and hands-on technical implementation.
Responsibilities:
  • We lead end-to-end delivery of OT security projects in regulated environments, managing timelines, budgets, and security standards.
  • We act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trust-based relationships and ensuring seamless execution.
  • We conduct cybersecurity strategy assessments, readiness evaluations, and discovery workshops using industry frameworks and compliance mandates.
  • We identify and articulate risks at project, business, and technical levels, and deliver proportionate, cost-effective mitigation strategies.
  • We perform detailed analysis of Industrial Control Systems architecture, including SCADA, DCS, and IIoT, to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • We design and implement robust cybersecurity solutions tailored to ICS environments.
  • We develop ICS security control frameworks incorporating industry best practices and international standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.
  • We create threat and risk assessments, security policies, procedures, assurance management plans, and compliance evidence.
  • We mentor our team members through line and matrix management, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and skill-building opportunities.
  • We drive business development by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and building new client relationships.
  • We contribute to our thought leadership in OT security through publications, presentations, and client engagements.
