Oracle Trainer

Salary: £125,000 - 150,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require experience with Oracle Fusion and ERP implementations.
• We require proven ability to design, develop, and deliver learning programmes using tools such as Articulate E-Learning and Adobe Creative Suite.
• We require project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• We require excellent communication skills and the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
• We require proficiency in GSuite, including Gmail, Slides, Docs, Meets, and Chat.
• We require a willingness to travel frequently to our head office, distribution centres, stores, and partner sites.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms such as Oracle Guided Learning is desired.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is desired.

Responsibilities:

• We design, develop, and deliver training materials that support colleagues and external partners in adopting our new Oracle systems.
• We create engaging training content, including e-learning, videos, and guides, tailored to different audiences.
• We deliver in-person and virtual sessions across Oracle ERP and EPM systems, including General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• We collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure our content is accurate and up to date.
• We provide in-application guidance via Oracle Guided Learning, offering step-by-step support and tips.
• We review and refine training materials based on feedback and learning outcomes.
• We manage learning communities and the Learning Management System.
• We support internal communications to ensure consistent messaging.
• We lead training-related projects and contribute to process improvements.
• We provide logistical support for training events, including scheduling and travel arrangements.

We are partnering on a major finance transformation programme to migrate all finance systems to Oracle Fusion. This is a six-month initial contract with high potential for extension, offered on a hybrid basis with three days per week onsite in the East Midlands and outside IR35 pending SDS report. This is a pivotal role in supporting a multi-year transformation, and the work will help colleagues and external partners adopt the new systems effectively.
