Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support & Development Consultant

Salary: £49,000 - 66,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM platform and its core technologies
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, and MVC
• Hands-on experience developing Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and integrations using .NET
• Proficient with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Dynamics 365 Customer Experience modules
• Demonstrated ability to manage and engage clients effectively
• Experience working within a managed services environment
• Some experience in an applications management, support or development role
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred
• Strong working knowledge of IT service management practices, SLAs, and ITIL-aligned processes
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong ability to scope, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and deliverables

Responsibilities:

• Drive business development, solution design and development, and contribute to the growth of our Microsoft capability
• Deliver business solutions on Dynamics and the Power Platform for mid- to enterprise-level organisations across multiple sectors
• Participate in the planning, design, delivery, and support of Dynamics solutions using development or out-of-the-box Dynamics features
• Plan for upgrades and migrations
• Consult, develop, and support across product support, development, demonstrations, analysis, and implementation
• Use technical skills, creativity, and customer focus to support our customers and develop solutions that help them get the best out of their Microsoft Dynamics implementation
