Salary: £32,000 - 67,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Cloud and Modern Work technologies, with strong experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, security, compliance, collaboration, and productivity solutions.
  • We understand how Microsoft technologies, including AI, Copilot, and agentic capabilities, can be applied to deliver business outcomes and support digital transformation.
  • We can guide AI strategy, adoption, governance, and roadmap discussions with clients, helping shape AI-enabled service offerings, practice capabilities, and future growth opportunities.
  • We have awareness of Audio Visual (AV), Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams Telephony, and Contact Centre technologies; experience with Microsoft Teams and Cisco collaboration or contact centre solutions is desirable.
  • We understand complementary technologies and partner solutions that support Microsoft Cloud and Modern Work services, including telephony, contact centre, AV, device management, and workplace collaboration platforms.
  • We have a strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud and Modern Work strategy, governance, adoption, and lifecycle management.
  • We have prior involvement in complex projects, with awareness of technical delivery and project methodologies.
  • We have a proven ability to deliver high-quality projects and outputs, with effective team leadership.
  • We have strong team and budget management skills, excellent organisation, reporting, governance, and communication skills.
  • We bring extensive commercial awareness and protect our interests across all aspects of professional services delivery.
  • We have comprehensive leadership and management experience, with the ability to define technical strategy, develop practice capability, and provide guidance across Microsoft Cloud and Modern Work technologies.
  • We have prior experience working in an IT Services organisation, IT channel, or value-added reseller.
Responsibilities:
  • We lead and nurture a team of professional services colleagues.
  • We oversee the teams responsibilities across discovery, design, implementation, migration, and governance services for clients.
  • We guide clients on Microsoft Cloud and Modern Work solutions, including AI-enabled service offerings and roadmap discussions.
  • We define technical strategy and develop practice capability across Microsoft Cloud and Modern Work technologies.
  • We manage team performance, budgets, reporting, governance, and communication.
  • We help ensure the practice remains aligned to market demand, Microsoft vendor direction, client requirements, and our business objectives.
