IT Support Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• Customer service experience
• Able to provide a high standard of customer service
• Knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems
• Basic networks diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
• Commercial experience working with Azure
• Remote access VPN setup
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration
• Exemplary telephone manner
• Microsoft certifications (beneficial)
• Knowledge of VMWare & Hyper-V deployment (beneficial)
• Experience with WAN, LAN, WLAN, NAT, and Firewalls (beneficial)
• MS Exchange 2010 - 2016 administration (beneficial)
• Previous experience working in an agency or MSP (beneficial)
• Telephony administration exposure (beneficial)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via email, phone, or face-to-face at client sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to diverse technology stacks
• Ensure high standards of customer service in all support interactions
• Assist clients with Microsoft server and desktop operating systems
• Conduct basic network diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Configure and manage Azure services
• Set up remote access VPNs as necessary
• Administer Microsoft Office 365 environments
• Maintain professional communication via telephone and other channels
