IT Support

Salary: £25,000 - 27,500 per year

Requirements:

• Great communication and people skills
• Customer service experience, either phone-based or face-to-face
• Strong IT basics, including Windows 10/11, Excel, and general IT literacy
• Organised, proactive, and a natural problem solver
• Someone who takes initiative and enjoys learning
• Must have own transport due to the role location

Responsibilities:

• Support and train customers on our software and hardware systems
• Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and regular check-ins
• Explain technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly way
• Coordinate hardware installations with our engineers
• Work closely with teams across the business
• Act as the main point of contact for IT support for our valued customers
