  • Demonstrable product strategy experience, including synthesising competitive, technology and commercial signals into a coherent multi-year platform direction; prior product management or product strategy ownership is strongly preferred.
  • Direct experience with SaaS and AI pricing design, packaging decisions or enterprise commercial governance, with the ability to construct and defend pricing rationale to Finance and customers.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence at CxO level in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments, including customer advisory and internal alignment.
  • Strong content and narrative development skills, including executive-grade strategy documents, competitive assessments and positioning frameworks. Work samples will be requested at interview.
  • Comfort building from first principles in a high-ambiguity environment and defining an operating model.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach to achieving shared success across roles and functions.
  • Preferred: experience at a loyalty platform vendor in product strategy, presales or commercial roles.

  • Preferred: languages in addition to English, particularly Spanish, German or French.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the loyalty product line strategy, combining competitive intelligence, technology outlook, customer account signals and sales pipeline data into a clear, actionable platform direction.
  • Lead the annual strategy review with Strategic Product Managers across member experience, partner management and engagement, translating the three-year strategy into annual priorities, sequenced investments and trade-offs.
  • Define target market segments and assess total addressable market; own competitive positioning and maintain an up-to-date view of product strengths, parity and gaps.
  • Develop differentiation narratives for airline, cruise, hospitality and travel group multi-brand loyalty programmes, ensuring consistency across Sales, Presales, Consulting and Marketing.
  • Publish thought leadership on the future of travel loyalty through conference keynotes, white papers, analyst briefings and executive roundtables.
  • Own pricing and packaging, including pricing architecture, module bundles and tiers, customer expansion paths, deal structuring and strategic partnership pricing.
  • Set commercial guardrails for Sales, define escalation thresholds for exceptions and maintain practical pricing guidance as market conditions change.
  • Lead high-value customer consulting engagements, identify loyalty strategy gaps, assess operating models against best practices and deliver transformation blueprints.
  • Advise senior customer stakeholders, including Chief Loyalty Officers, CMOs and CEOs, connecting their strategic ambitions with the platforms capabilities.
  • Serve as a senior product authority in major pursuits, contribute to RFI and RFP responses, lead senior client presentations and ensure presales positioning reflects the current competitive narrative.
