Global Product Owner - Conversational Channels

Salary: £35,000 - 60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We will lead our global strategy, delivery and continuous improvement for Conversational Channels.
• We will own and lead our global vision, strategy and capability roadmap for Conversational Channels.
• We will define future-state Conversational Channel capabilities, including generative and agentic AI use cases.
• We will shape modern luxury digital conversational experiences across Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar.
• We will lead the development, launch and optimisation of chat, WhatsApp and other messaging and AI-enabled experiences.
• We will drive conversational innovation across generative and agentic AI, moving from assisted service to autonomous, brand-safe and value-generating client and agent experiences.
• We will create and maintain our global Conversational delivery roadmap and integrated backlog.
• We will ensure delivery governance, prioritisation and risk management.
• We will provide day-to-day leadership and direction to strategic technology and delivery partners.
• We will lead and inspire one direct report and a development team of six FTE.
• We will work in collaboration with global and market cross-functional teams.
• We will own our global Conversational reporting requirements and develop performance frameworks.
• We will enable data-led continuous improvement across markets.
• We will champion inclusive and accessible customer experiences.
• We will contribute to customer experience communities, knowledge sharing and cultural initiatives.

We are supporting our OEM client based in Gaydon in the search for a Global Product Owner – Conversational Channels to join our team on an inside IR35 maternity cover contract, with a proposed end date of 26th July 2027. This role helps shape effortless, modern luxury digital conversational experiences across our brands, while driving innovation across conversational channels, including generative and agentic AI. The umbrella pay rate is £35.80 per hour.
