Salary: £65,000 - 90,000 per year

  • We want deep expertise or experience building AI solutions in modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
  • We want experience with Microsoft Azure AI technologies, including the AI Foundry ecosystem.
  • We want understanding of solution design patterns such as RAG, serverless, DWH models, data mesh, and data products.
  • We want fluency in Python, R, or SQL.
  • We want a hands-on mindset and the ability to jump in and provide solutions where required.
Responsibilities:
  • We will ask you to lead our local Data & AI Practice and help expand our data capability.
  • We will expect you to support local club leadership and balance client leadership with practice growth.
  • We will expect you to work closely with our global data practice team, local leadership, and your practice team.
  • We will ask you to drive growth and create value for our clients by deepening client partnerships.
  • We will expect you to lead teams and navigate complex enterprise-scale data challenges.
  • We will ask you to translate complex data concepts into business value for clients.
  • We will expect you to manage multi-vendor environments with a focus on long-term partnership.
  • We will ask you to design scalable architectures and systems that deliver value to businesses and users.
  • We will expect you to champion quality assurance and performance tuning for robust, reliable data programs.
  • We will ask you to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
  • We will expect you to build collaborative relationships with technology partners to deliver for clients.
  • We will ask you to provide technical guidance across the full data product lifecycle.
  • We will expect you to help shape and deliver modern AI solutions within our data platforms.
  • We will ask you to work hands-on with data solutions when needed.
