D365 Lead CE/CRM Developer

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Commercial experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong experience with CE/CRM and Power Platform
• Experience developing plugins, custom workflows, and integrations
• Knowledge of Dataverse, SQL, and API integrations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with stakeholders
• Experience within an end-user environment would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions within CE/CRM
• Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and optimisation
• Maintain and improve existing Dynamics 365 functionality
• Follow best practice across coding, security, and performance

We are an established UK end user undergoing a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics transformation and investing heavily in Microsoft technologies. We are hiring a Lead D365 CE/CRM Developer (SME) to join our growing internal team and help shape the future of our Dynamics environment while working on enterprise-level projects. This is a hybrid role based in Central London, with office حضور required 1-2 days per month.
