CRO Analyst

Salary: £32,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a CRO, eCommerce, Digital Analytics or UX-focused role.
• Hands-on experience using ContentSquare, AB Tasty or similar CRO platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer behaviour and data.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Google Analytics, Excel or other reporting and analytics tools is desirable.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimisation is desirable.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional online customer experience is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and develop an ongoing CRO programme to improve website conversion performance.
• Analyse customer behaviour using heatmaps, user recordings, funnel analysis and other research tools.
• Identify testing opportunities and present recommendations to Design and Digital teams.
• Prioritise CRO initiatives using customer insights, analytics and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate A/B testing programmes from planning through to implementation and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams on more complex optimisation projects.
