Comarch Support Engineer

Requirements:

• Hands-on technical support expertise on the Comarch platform

Responsibilities:

• Triage, diagnose, and resolve complex Comarch incidents across network inventory, service management, configuration management, and data integration to maintain platform stability and service continuity.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Comarch network inventory and service management, troubleshooting physical and logical resources such as cables, hardware, and GIS/address data.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents involving service catalogue management, service orchestration, and lifecycle management for customer-facing and resource-facing services.
• Diagnose and resolve data integration failures, including API orchestration issues between the Common Data Model (CDM) and the platform, ensuring accurate object creation and updates.
• Support configuration management activities, including technology domain analysis, interface configurations, and connectivity modelling for network elements.
• Collaborate with L1 support teams, escalate unresolved issues, and provide detailed incident documentation, root cause analyses, and resolution notes.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers to resolve complex technical issues within agreed SLAs.

We are working with a global IT consultancy supporting a leading telecoms client. We are seeking an L2/L3 Support Engineer to join our project team and provide advanced Comarch technical support for a large-scale Inventory Management environment. This is a six-month contract based in London, with remote or hybrid working; most work is expected to be remote, with occasional travel to UK customer sites, including in London. The contract is outside IR35, with an ASAP start ideally in September or October 2026.
