Ceded Reinsurance Specialist

Salary: £95,000 - 110,000 per year

Requirements:

• 8–12 years experience in Ceded Reinsurance, Treaty or Facultative Reinsurance within the UK or Lloyds market
• Strong knowledge of proportional and non-proportional reinsurance
• Experience with XL Pro, Sequel Eclipse or similar reinsurance systems
• Strong Excel, analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Lloyds market experience and ACII are advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Administer Facultative Reinsurance
• Manage large loss recoveries
• Maintain broker and reinsurer relationships
• Handle Lloyds LORS processes
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
