Business Intelligence Performance Analyst

Salary: £46,350 - 46,350 per year

Responsibilities:

• Turn data into meaningful insight that drives better decisions and better outcomes for our customers and colleagues.
• Work closely with teams across the organisation to understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide the intelligence needed to make informed decisions.
• Produce accurate and engaging performance reporting, ensuring colleagues at all levels have access to timely, reliable information.
• Develop dashboards, analyse trends, benchmark our performance, and support strategic projects.
• Use analytical skills to bring data to life and tell clear, compelling stories.
• Build strong relationships across the business and take time to understand the challenges facing different teams.
• Use data and insight to help solve problems, measure success, and support continuous improvement.
• Challenge assumptions, explore root causes, and recommend practical solutions that deliver value for the organisation and our customers.
• Improve the quality, consistency, and accessibility of our data.
• Strengthen our reporting capability and support a culture where evidence and insight are at the centre of decision making.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our performance and business intelligence function, ensuring we continue to learn, improve, and deliver excellent services.
