Android Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - 50,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Build and evolve our native Android app, creating polished user experiences with well-tested, resilient code.
• Work in an autonomous product squad with engineers and colleagues across product, design, research, quality assurance, and data science.
• Help your team deliver company goals and shape what we build and how we build it.
• Work across a range of areas, from personal banking to customer support tools and mobile platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with other Android engineers to improve our tools, codebase, and processes.

This Engineer III role is on our Android mobile engineering discipline, which includes around 60 Android engineers. We work in small, interdisciplinary teams and support knowledge-sharing, learning, and career development. Our Android app is built with Kotlin and Compose, among other technologies. The role can be based in our London office or worked remotely within the UK, with occasional London meetings.
