Salary: £67,000 - 107,000 per year

Requirements:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a product management role, with domain expertise in financial services, private markets, or artificial intelligence
  • Experience in business and financial analysis, data analysis, process mapping, and specification writing, with familiarity across the product management and development lifecycle
  • Experience working with a variety of data sets and databases to define and refine product strategy and to develop and deliver management reporting
  • Knowledge and understanding of AI tools such as Lovable, ChatGPT, and LLMs
  • Interest in applications of AI; prior experience working with AI is preferred
  • Detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving with a strong execution mindset
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CAIA preferred
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and intellectually curious with a growth mindset and passion for innovation
Responsibilities:
  • Support ideation and discovery initiatives for new products in private markets
  • Support the creation of business cases by conducting deep market due diligence on the competitive landscape, opportunity sizing, and market positioning
  • Evaluate paths to product creation, including buy, build, or partner options
  • Perform industry, client, and competitor analysis
  • Design pricing models and support sales campaign planning and execution
  • Work with Program Management, Marketing, and Coverage to support go-to-market planning and execution, including subject matter expertise for product support collateral and client-facing documentation
  • Collaborate with Coverage, Program Management, Technology, and Data Services to assess and maintain prioritization of product development requirements
  • Analyse product usage statistics and reporting to develop insights into client behaviors, needs, product opportunities, and risks
  • Prepare reports and analysis for senior management business reviews
  • Support strategic client opportunities from a product perspective
  • Become an AI champion, leading prototype design work to bring product ideas to life
  • Build deep knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
