Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Salary: £47,500 - 52,500 per year

Requirements:

• Experience as an infrastructure professional
• Strong technical expertise and troubleshooting abilities
• A proactive mindset and confidence working independently
• Ability to manage priorities effectively and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the operational health, security, resilience, and lifecycle of infrastructure services
• Work across server, cloud, virtualisation, identity, storage, backup, networking, and Microsoft technologies to keep environments secure, compliant, and highly available
• Take ownership of infrastructure maintenance, patching, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery testing, and operational improvement initiatives
• Work with our Service Desk, Cyber Security, Cloud & Infrastructure teams, suppliers, and customers to prevent incidents, resolve complex technical issues, and deliver infrastructure improvements
