Product Manager, Agent Development (Arabic Speaking)

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in product development for highly technical products.
• Experience in Product Management or a similar product development role at or above the Senior Product Manager level.
• Ability to craft and tailor messages for potential customers, including executives.
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts, including recent AI developments, to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences.
• A degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Helpful: AI-related experience, especially product development for AI agents.
• Helpful: Some coding experience with React, TypeScript, and Go.
• Helpful: An MBA or equivalent professional experience.
• Helpful: Experience in roles interfacing with end customers to influence software development.

Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with engineers and customers to build and ship enterprise-grade AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations a day.
• Engage with customers at all levels to discover and assess their requirements.
• Prepare and present demonstrations of our agent.
• Work with technical counterparts to address and overcome technical challenges in customers business processes.
• Develop and improve our virtual agents to fit and anticipate customers needs and business processes.
• Become a trusted advisor to customers and drive strategic technical strategies for them.
• Work with our engineering and product development teams to scope and implement features essential to customer success.
