People Operations Support

Salary: £31,364 - 31,364 per year

Requirements:

• Generalist HR or People Operations background, with an interest in People Data, systems and processes
• Ideally, previous HR or People Operations experience
• Experience using HR or People Management systems and working with People Data and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
• Proactive and collaborative approach
• Desirable: HR Support Level 3 qualification or working towards one
• Desirable: Experience with HR systems development or upgrades, process improvement, and People metrics and reporting

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day People Operations administration and support
• Maintain People systems and ensure employee data is accurate and up to date
• Analyse People Data and support reports, metrics and dashboards
• Guide employees and managers on routine People queries
• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction
• Identify opportunities to improve People processes and systems
• Support system upgrades, testing and process improvements
• Assist with training administration and employee records
• Support wider People Operations projects

We are a leading UK supplier of IT solutions, providing IT support, services and solutions to educational, public and private sector organisations. We are seeking a People Operations Support colleague to join our growing, forward-thinking business in Stafford and support our People Operations team across HR systems, processes and People Data. The role is based in Stafford (ST18), pays £31,364 and is office-based for 37 hours per week: Monday to Thursday, 08:30–16:30, and Friday, 08:30–16:00.
