Senior UX/UI Developer

Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise business applications, with a strong eye for modern, intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for desktop and mobile devices.
• Expertise in user-centred design methodologies, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
• Experience designing AI-powered, automated, analytical or data-rich workflows and translating user needs into practical solutions.
• Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma, including creating reusable design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to communicate design concepts, interaction patterns and visual requirements clearly to engineering teams and influence business and technical stakeholders.
• Advantageous: Experience driving adoption of digital solutions across multiple business functions, operating companies or user groups.
• Advantageous: Familiarity with technologies such as Power BI, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics or Hotjar.
• Advantageous: Experience working in cross-functional product, design and engineering teams to deliver solutions from ideation through production deployment and adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Shape how associates across Danaher experience and interact with AI-powered products, applications and agents.
• Design and build intuitive, visually compelling user experiences for enterprise AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes across our operating companies.
• Translate complex AI workflows and data-driven insights into simple, trusted user journeys, interaction frameworks and visual experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, AI engineers, AI scientists and solution architects to design and deliver end-to-end user experiences and interfaces, from concept through production adoption.
• Develop reusable design systems, components, patterns and visual standards for consistent experiences across our Enterprise AI Solutions portfolio.
• Champion user-centred design through research, usability testing and continuous feedback.
• Communicate design intent and visual requirements so developers can implement them effectively.
