SC Non-Functional Test Lead

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Current SC clearance
• Around three years experience leading performance testing with JMeter
• Azure or cloud experience; Azure Data Factory (ADF) experience is useful but not essential
• Experience with OAT and functional test automation, using tools such as Selenium, Playwright or Cucumber in an Agile environment
• Experience with non-functional testing

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute performance, load and stress tests using JMeter, LoadRunner or Gatling
• Ensure testing aligns with the performance strategy and agreed non-functional requirements
• Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot issues
• Monitor systems with Grafana and Splunk, and use diagnostic tools such as New Relic and Dynatrace
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and drive improvements to ensure robust, scalable systems across cloud, hybrid and on-premises environments
