Regional Lead Agentic Architect

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of agentic AI architectures and frameworks
• Experience designing production-grade distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of system design, APIs, and workflow orchestration
• Ability to assess trade-offs such as autonomy vs control and cost vs performance
• Experience with tools like LangGraph, n8n, and orchestration frameworks is nice to have
• Knowledge of AI observability and evaluation frameworks is nice to have
• Experience in sovereign or restricted deployment environments is nice to have
• Background in ITSM or managed services automation is nice to have
• 8-15 years in architecture roles, such as solution, systems, or platform architecture
• Proven experience designing complex enterprise platforms or AI-driven systems
• To be eligible for SC clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Translate business and operational requirements into agentic system designs
• Guide teams in moving from consumer-grade to production-grade agent design
• Review and optimize agent workflows, decision logic, and system interactions
• Ensure compliance with platform architecture, governance, and security standards
• Support client-specific or sensitive solution design, including restricted data environments
• Act as a regional SME and escalation point for complex agent design challenges
• Collaborate with central platform and governance teams
