Telecoms Engineer

Salary: £28,000 - 28,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience within 1st Line IT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk
• Basic understanding of Networking, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Genuine interest in Networking, Cloud, and modern technology
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress
• VoIP or Telecoms experience is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st line technical support across IT support, helpdesk, or service desk functions
• Troubleshoot real technical issues related to Networking, Cloud, Connectivity, and VoIP technologies
• Work alongside experienced engineers to develop technical skills
• Take on increasingly complex technical work as we progress through the role
• Support our pathway toward 2nd Line, Networking, Infrastructure, and other more senior technical positions

You will learn directly from experienced technical engineers through hands-on technical training and development, with increasing technical responsibility as you grow. The role is Monday to Friday, with potential hybrid working following probation.
