Insights Enablement Lead

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience working with CPGs, client success teams, or other stakeholder-facing groups
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to balance responsiveness with proactivity
• Comfort working with ambiguity and targeting longer-term impact
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences
• Experience in insight, analytics, product enablement, commercial enablement, proposition development, or a related field would be beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Shape longer-term enablement strategy and transformation initiatives
• Define and evolve enablement propositions and approaches
• Work through ambiguity to frame problems and identify solutions
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the propositions and solutions we offer, and prioritise them by assessing value to our business and clients against effort required
• Balance planning, design, and hands-on problem solving
• Join the dots across initiatives, stakeholder needs, and product developments to ensure enablement activity is relevant and effective
• Champion new ways of working, including the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, accelerate delivery, and drive positive impact
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Insight Enablement and wider teams to continuously optimise how we work and deliver for clients, both internal and external
