ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• ServiceNow Professional Services or consulting background
• Expertise in 1-2 ServiceNow offerings
• CSA, CAD or CIS certification aligned to your workflow
• Experience integrating AI into processes or problem-solving
• Experience in technical solution design, configuration, integrations and testing
• Experience with customer workshops, technical documentation and stakeholder guidance
• UK-based

Responsibilities:

• Take a leading technical role in ServiceNow customer engagements
• Shape solutions that translate business needs into measurable value
• Lead solution design and delivery across customer projects
• Work directly with customers to assess current processes and define future-state solutions
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories
• Provide oversight of deliverables from configuration and integrations to testing and technical documentation
• Help maintain consistent solution quality
• Lead smaller projects and guide technical discussions
• Manage delivery priorities and mentor Technical Consultants and Associate Technical Consultants
• Contribute to engagement reporting
• Resolve complex technical issues
• Use AI thoughtfully to optimise workflows and support responsible adoption

We are offering a 12-month contract for a Senior Technical Consultant | ServiceNow | UK role. This is a remote position with travel to our offices or client sites as required. You will work on customer engagements, apply platform expertise and best practices, and help deliver AI-enabled workflows across projects.
